First Class has long had a showroom presence in Caerphilly, the first destination for people living locally who want to bolster their property with the latest energy-efficient windows and doors or extend floor space with one of our customised UPVC or aluminium conservatories.
Maesteg showroom
We’re very well-known in Maesteg too, home to the second of our hi-tech showrooms, where we have a similarly extensive collection of products set up waiting to be admired and touched. Most of the advisors you will interact with reside in the town and have superb local knowledge.
Service of the highest order
So that we can discuss your requirements in detail, an appointment will be organised for you to meet with a First Class advisor (this can take place in a showroom or at your home). Give them as much insight as you can to help the advisor gain a clear picture of your objectives and whether any obstacles need overcoming to execute these requirements. You couldn’t wish for a better person to guide you along the home improvement journey.
Your eyes will really be opened once you’re presented with your new windows, doors or conservatory on our software as it lets you modify their colour, arrangement, hardware etc. for a truly personalised creation.
How a showroom appointment will work
You will be in relaxed company, as we’re not the type of company who will push you into making decisions. Working in your best interests, the design expert will provide a detailed overview of how we can accomplish your desires and alert you to past projects completed by us that are similar to what you’re seeking. Watching your product come to life on screen is one of the most thrilling parts of all.
By the end of the appointment, everyone will be on the same page, and it’ll be over to our manufacturers to construct whatever product you have agreed to purchase. We’ll continue to stay in touch in the interim and you’ll receive notification of your installation date shortly after the appointment, giving you plenty of time to prepare for our arrival.
